Available Vehicles

We have 35 minibuses registered with the scheme, including wheelchair accessible vehicles. Minibuses are available at locations throughout Pembrokeshire. Our minibuses have up to 17 seats (including the driver). We also have access to smaller vehicles.

1. Register your Group: Call us on 0800 783 1584 for a Registration Form or download a form below.

Registration is FREE! We collect basic details, including any special needs that your group may have and hold them on file ready for your first booking.  

The scheme is restricted to community groups and not-for-profit organisations working in Pembrokeshire.

2. Call us on Freephone 0800 783 1584 with your Transport Request

Our Booking Line is open from 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Our Booking Coordinators will take the details of your journey requirements and will contact our Minibus Lenders to find the best available minibus for you. We call around so you don’t have to!

While it is sometimes possible to find a minibus at short notice, it is best if you can give us as much advance notice as you can.

3. Finalise arrangements with the Minibus Lenders

Once we have matched your request with a suitable available minibus, we will put you in touch with the minibus lender to finalise arrangements for collecting and returning the keys. They will be able to answer any specific questions that you have.
